New York's Celia Williams judges Shots Awards

Executive Producer for Freefolk New York, Celia Williams is added to the line-up of judges for this year's Shots Awards. 

One of the founding members of our New York office, launching in the fall of last year, Celia has already garnered a great portfolio of work for Freefolk that includes State Farm for Noam Murro and Fiverr with Ryan Hope.
