The Alienist / In Production

Freefolk are curently in production on the latest project for TNT TV series 'The Alienist' adapted from the novel by Caleb Carr. The 10-week series makes it's premiere on TNT Drama on 22nd January, soon to stream on Netflix on 19th April in the UK. 

The story is set in New York in the late 19th Century centering on criminal psychologist Dr Lazlo Kreizler (Daniel Bruhl) and his cohorts to investigate a series of gruesome murders of boy prostitutes. Dubbed as an 'Alienist', the term referred to the professionals in the study or treatment of the mentally ill as being 'alienated from reality'. Joining him in the secret investigation are detective McCreadie (Luke Evans) and police secretary (Dakota Fanning).
