O2 / Priority Gift

Recognising that smartphones are now more fundamental to modern living than just a phone, O2 have represented the perks in their service in a series of adverts for the More For You campaign. 

First in the series for O2 Priority is the gift that keeps on giving, transformed from a phone into a gift box - literally coming to life as an ever-present companion. 

Creating the character of the gift, directing duo Si & Ad wanted to use traditional puppetry for the box and ribbons, giving it personality and instant charm. VFX Supervisor Jason Watts attended the shoot to advise on positioning of the puppeteers for each rod controlling the box, later requiring complex rig and wire removal and the combination of multiple plates.
